COVID-19 Health and Hygiene Measures
In accordance to the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) Regulation (Cap. 599F), please see below for the arrangement of the event:
- Upon entry into the event venue, all visitors must wear a face mask and conduct a temperature check.
- “LeaveHomeSafe” is mandatory to enter the event and event venue.
- Present the valid printed COVID-19 vaccination record or Medical Exemption Certificate with QR code, or the relevant QR code stored in the ‘LeaveHomeSafe’, “iAM Smart” or “eHealth” mobile application on mobile device for scanning, and using the latest version of the “QR Code Verification Scanner “mobile application developed by the Government, upon entering the event venue.
- Persons under the category of Red Code are not allowed to enter all catering premises and scheduled premises regulated under Cap. 599F, including hotels or guesthouses (except persons who are required to undergo isolation at relevant hotels or guesthouses in accordance with their isolation orders).
- Persons under the category of Amber Code are not allowed to enter all premises subject to active checking of Vaccine Pass in the capacity of a customer or visitor. Such restriction is not applicable to staff members of relevant premises but the arrangement is subject to any additional rules or requirements imposed by the employers or persons-in- charge of individual premises in accordance with their own needs. If any persons under the category of Amber Code work at the premises, the person-in-charge or manager is required to ensure that the staff member strictly observe anti-epidemic measures, including mask-wearing. As for the premises subject to passive checking of the Vaccine Pass (including shopping malls, supermarkets, markets), persons with an Amber Code are allowed to enter. In other words, persons with an Amber Code may take public transport to go to work or school, and enter shopping malls and supermarkets to obtain daily necessities.
- According to Cap. 599A and Cap. 599F, persons who violate the regulations are liable to a fine and imprisonment upon conviction.
“VACCINE PASS” REQUIREMENTS
- Except for exempted persons and recovered persons within 6 months from recovery, all persons aged 12 or above are required to have received at least 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccine for entering or remaining on any specified premises.
- All visitors are required to present their printed COVID-19 vaccination record or Medical Exemption Certificate with QR code, or the relevant QR code stored in the ‘LeaveHomeSafe’, “iAM Smart” or “eHealth” mobile application on the mobile device for scanning using the latest version of the QR Code Verification Scanner” mobile application developed by the Government, upon entering the event venue.
- For visitors exempted from the “Vaccine Pass” requirements, please indicate the exemption and produce the relevant proof as required. If visitors are unable to present the COVID-19 vaccination record, Medical Exemption Certificates or other exemption proof, security or event staff may refuse entry to event venue.
“LEAVEHOMESAFE” IS MANDATORY CHECK-IN AT THE EVENT VENUE
Visitors must scan the ‘LeaveHomeSafe’ venue QR code using the LHS mobile application (www.leavehomesafe.gov.hk) before entering the event venue.
Event Organizer reserve the right to refuse entry or remove visitors from the premises under any of the following circumstances:
- Anyone registers body temperature higher than 37.5°C
- Anyone who is not wearing a face mask, or removes mask during the event
- Anyone who fails to make admission record
- Anyone who is wearing a government-issued home quarantine wristband
- Anyone who fails to meet Vaccine Pass requirements

Entry & Event Houserules
Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to:
- Refuse admission to any person;
- Require any person who has entered but failed to comply with these House Rules, to leave the event venue immediately;
- Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or above.
- Visitors to the event accept and agree that the Organizer may take and use photographs and/or videos of them for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other commercial purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.
- Ask any visitor to open any bag or parcel, and inspect the contents;
- Require any person to stop and refrain from any behavior that is dangerous or that may endanger the safety towards other visitors, or the rights of other visitors to enjoy the event, or give rise to a risk of damage to the property of the event organizer or any third party; and,
- Seek compensation through legal process for costs incurred or damage caused to any property or event by the person.
- All visitors to the event at their own risks. Carers above 18 years old are solely responsible for themselves and those in their group who are below 18 years old.
- Request that all visitors must be aware of the potential danger of taking part in a public event and using the facilities. It is your sole discretion to participate. Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Limited and Zung Fu Company Limited will not bear any liability or responsibility due to injury, accidents or loss on personal belonging howsoever.
The following are forbidden at all times:
- Smoking, including carrying any lighted cigar, pipe, cigarette or naked flame, or using e-cigarettes;
- A person aged under 18 to buy or drink alcohol.
- Spitting or littering;
- Behaving in an offensive, aggressive, illegal, unsafe or violent manner;
- Using abusive, intolerant, discriminatory or profane language;
- Being or becoming intoxicated or impaired by alcohol, resulting in behavior that adversely affects the safety or wellbeing of others;
- Possessing or using any controlled drug, or other narcotic or hallucinogenic substance under the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance. Any person who appears to be under the influence of drugs will be refused entry to the venue or asked to leave;
- Damaging, defacing or altering the appearance of any structure, property, sign or equipment;
- Throwing any object capable of causing damage to property or injury to persons;
- Entering any toilet that is designated for the use of the opposite sex;
- Not wearing clothes or wearing obscene or indecent clothing that is offensive to others;
- Using any sort of light amplification device. Safety is top priority – this is to ensure unobstructed vision for drivers and working staff on site to reduce the risk any possible road accidents.
- Selling goods or services, or displaying goods or services for sale, without the consent from event organizer;
- Using radio or otherwise remotely controlled devices or drones;
- Entering or remaining in any area of the venue not open to the general public;
- Carrying out unauthorized photography, video-taping or recording of any kind for broadcast or transmission for commercial purposes;
- Animals (with the exception of guide dogs for persons with a visual impairment) are prohibited.
- Bringing any sort of dangerous or hazardous material into the event venue, including but not limited to, any form of flammable gas;
- Any behavior that is dangerous or that may endanger the safety of the all visitors, or the rights of other visitors to enjoy the activities and event space, or give rise to a risk of damage to the property of the event organizer or any third party.
- Consuming or delivering any food or drinks.
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all, visitors are asked to:
- Supervise children and take care of the elderly;
- Take care of and be responsible for their personal property;
- Show respect for other guests;
- Refrain from pushing, running, boisterous behavior and queue-jumping.
- Cooperate with event security and staff;
- All vehicles are prohibited from moving during the event;
- Vehicles must comply with speed limit on the event ground;
- Contact a staff immediately if assistance is needed for at any time.
